We offer a range of block foam supplied in 2,400mm long x 1,200mm wide blocks, which can be between 25mm to 600mm thick.
Polyurethane foam is a favoured insulation and flotation material for boats and marine environments. It has excellent buoyancy properties and is highly-suited to marine environments. We also offer spray and pour foam on-site application, DIY insulation foam kits and pontoon filling.
Superb buoyancy
Polyurethane offers superb buoyancy properties. 1 cubic metre of polyurethane foam (32kg/ m³ density) supports approximately 960kgs of dead weight in the water.
It can be used for boats, buoys, docks and flotation devices.
