2 part Polyurethane foam (closed-cell) for batch mix and pour application.

Contains part ‘A’ and part ‘B’ which are mixed at 100:100 by volume and will expand into a foam. Total yield depends on temperature of liquid and substrate.

Typical yield for a 40L kit is 1.4m³

When to Pour vs When to Spray

The 40L AB Foam Mix is designed for pour-in applications — cavity filling, void filling, pipe encasement, and any job where you need foam to flow into an enclosed space and expand to fill it. It’s the right choice when you can’t access the surface directly with a spray gun or when the space is fully enclosed.

Where the job involves open, accessible surfaces — like the underside of a timber floor — sprayed foam gives you a bonded, seamless coating that poured foam can’t achieve.
