Our pipes are carefully produced with machine injected closed-cell polyurethane foam. The pre-insulated pipes consist of a centralised process pipe surrounded by a layer of rigid foam within a high density poly ethylene (HDPE), PVC or galvanised steel outer casing. The process pipe can be any material including Copper, PVC, High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel.
Applications include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Refrigeration, Cryogenics and District Heating.
Along with the factory made pre-insulated pipes, we also supply a wide range of bends, reducers, tees and straight join kits which are installed on-site and provide a vapour tight reinstatement process.
